Outdoors is a spacious terrace with a dining and relaxation section, a barbeque, deck chairs, jacuzzi/whirlpool and a heated large 8x5 meter pool. SUP board and two bikes are at the disposal to our guests.
Around the Villa there are many beaches for everybody, sandy, rocky, pebble beach or a concrete public beach. If you want crystal clear sea, be our guests.

Tourist tax and cleaning after guests' departure are included in the price.
***Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 80% of the total accommodation price is required. The remaining 20% is payable upon arrival.
In case of cancellation at least 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
By paying the deposit, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
These terms are an integral part of the reservation conditions.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 75 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 75 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
